Meta Agent

Conversations and sharing

Return to an investigation and share it with colleagues without sharing tool credentials.

An investigation keeps its questions, answers, references, and tool activity together. Open Meta Agent to return to a conversation in the Conversations list. If the list is hidden, choose Show conversations at the top of the workspace.

Conversations retain their investigation context. Continue an existing conversation for follow-up questions, or start another to keep a separate investigation together.

New conversations are private to their creator. To let colleagues review or continue the work, open More actions → Sharing, choose a mode, and select Save changes.

Mode Who can participate
Private Only the creator can read and reply.
Organization · view only Members with access to the project can read; only the creator can reply.
Organization · can reply Members with access to the project can read and reply.

The creator controls sharing. Access remains limited to members who can access the project; sending a link does not grant that access.

Review the transcript before sharing: answers, cited evidence, and tool results can contain customer or operational data.

Participants see the same conversation, but each person’s questions use their own tool connections and permissions. Sharing does not transfer personal credentials or allow someone else to approve your tool calls. See Connected tools and approvals.

Earlier answers describe the evidence available when they were written. Ask a follow-up when you need to check whether the service or incident has changed.

An external assistant can search shared conversations only when its MCP credential permits conversation history. Private conversations remain excluded; see External assistants through MCP.

A Slack thread has one corresponding Radiant conversation, initially private to its creator in Radiant. Slack replies remain visible to the channel independently of Radiant’s sharing setting. Sharing or making the Radiant conversation private does not change messages already posted in Slack.

Use Slack for account linking and thread behavior.
