Orbis Advisory, a leading sustainability consultancy, was approached by a large real estate conglomerate to conduct a GRESB Management assessment. The client sought to update their submission to reflect a new sustainability strategy.
This process typically involves reviewing over 240 ESG data points across dozens of documents, often taking weeks of full-time work. The challenge was to efficiently update the assessment whilst incorporating the client's existing policies and previous GRESB report.
Orbis Advisory was able to leverage the Radiant AI platform to cut the GRESB Management assessment by circa 78%. The process typically involves reviewing 240+ data points across stakeholder management, risk management, leadership and reporting.
The process that would have taken a few weeks or even a month or two now just took less than 4 days. The Orbis team was able to successfully update the report for submission whilst also taking ito account the clients existing policies.
Faster ESG data collection from dozens of documents means that Orbis could spend this time doing more strategic and higher value work. This work included providing richer insights on gaps and recommendations.
